Mr. Michel Chikhani holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) form the University of Saint Joseph of Beirut in 1980.
He started his career at Consolidated Steel of Lebanon from 1980 to 1984 as a financial analyst and was promoted in 1982 as Group Treasurer.
From 1985 to 1995, he was a senior consultant and member of the general management of several advisory services related to major financial markets for major European banks.
From 1996 to 2000, he joined CDC IXIS Asset Management in Paris as a Senior Trader and was responsible for the development of the alternative investment department.
In 2000, he was appointed Head of the Asset Management Department of BANK OF BEIRUT SAL and set up the first investment funds in Lebanon.
From 2007 to 2016, he joined BLOMINVEST BANK SAL in Beirut as Head of Asset Management and developed a range of diversified investment products.
From 2016 to 2020, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of BLOM ASSET MANAGEMENT SAL in Beirut which was created to take over the Asset Management activities of BLOM BANK SAL Group.
He then joined BANORIENT (SUISSE) SA in Geneva in June 2020 as Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Customer Relations Department.

Mr. Jean-Marc REBOH

Mr. Jean-Marc Reboh holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the University of Nice in 1982 and the Swiss Accountant Certification in 1990 (banking option).
He began his career in 1983 at Compagnie Financière Tradition SA in Lausanne as an internal auditor.
From 1985 to 1995, he was hired by Ernst & Young SA (formerly ATAG Fiduciaire Générale) in Lausanne as a banking auditor where he was subsequently approved by FINMA (formerly CFB) as “Auditor in charge” dubbed Assistant Director in 1990, then Deputy Director in 1993.
From 1995 to 1997, he took over the management of Arthur Andersen’s office in Lausanne as Director, where he developed its audit and banking advisory activities as well as the management of alternative funds.
From 1997 to 1999, he held the position of Head of Internal Audit at Crédit Lyonnais (Suisse) SA in Geneva and the Private Banking business line.
From 1999 to 2003, he rejoined Banque Edouard Constant SA in Geneva as Administrative and Financial Director.
In 2003, he took part in the merger of this bank with EFG Bank in Geneva where he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer.
From 2004 to 2012, he occupied the General Management of SIF Swiss Investment Funds SA, the EFG Group’s Swiss international fund manager in Geneva.
In 2012, he joined BANORIENT (SUISSE) SA as Administrative and Financial Director with the title of Director and Member of the Management Committee.

Mr. Salim Diab holds a Master’s Degree in Economics (1983/1984) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics, specializing in European Economics.
He began his career from 1986 to 1991 at Bank Audi (France) as a forex trader, assistant to the head of the Treasury and Foreign Exchange Department.
From 1991 to 1996, he was hired by Bank Indosuez Geneva, successively as a Client Trader, Head of Forex Trading, and ultimately Wealth Manager with the title of Assistant Director.
Finally, since March 1st, 1998, he joined BANORIENT (SUISSE) SA in Geneva (formerly Banorient Bank) where he served as Assistant Director Co-Head of the Trading Room, Stock Exchange, Exchange, and Treasury, then successively appointed Deputy Director in 2004 then Director in 2010.
He was also appointed member of the Management Committee in 2007.
